Looks like it says Forehand Arms Co, old single shot.

When you are trying to read Markings on old Rusty guns, Brush it with a wire brush or old toothbrush. Then mark over with chalk or something similar. Then wipe it off. the chalk will stay in the low areas Making it easier to read.
