My favorite is Brothers on Gulf Beach Hwy, just past Warrington on the way to Perdido Key. Multiple smokers going most days. They off the usual lineup of smoked treats, the pulled pork and a side of collard greens being my favorite. It's not the prettiest place, but the food is good, reasonably priced, and you can buy their sauce to take home - better than grocery store sauces. They like vets, bring a unit patch for their wall.

You can always Mail Order BBQ from the best, Blacks BBQ out of Lockhart TX. You can deal direct with them and save on the shipping from using mail order companies like Goldbelly.

Reheat instructions are not that hard and some youtubes are out there to help..

I can say that the difference in taste between mail order and being there live is so small it would be hard to really tell.

But you can tell yourself, Lockart is only an 11 hour drive. Worth the trip. And you can hit a few Buc-ee's along the way to tide you over.
I don't know, I always considered Kreuz Mkt and Smitty's as having an edge on Blacks, but that part of Texas is BBQ heaven.

Your very statement shows how BBQ and the type you like is one of the most intimate and personnel decisions a person can make.

Kreuz has kick butt Jalapeno Sausages.

And the best part... They mail order also... :)
