It is only a back up gun
He'll yes if time was no issue I would reach for the one on my side first

ATF Was not happy just regulating by physical characteristics, now they include utilization regulations. You can built a firearm from a 80% lower: machining, assembly, no paperwork or traceable serial number and its 100% legal. On the other hand its PFM that you can hold a handgun a certain way and "make" a NFA restricted one, no tools required.
