I don't have a 43x, but I have a 48 with a streamlight tlr 6 and nice holster if you don't find what you're looking for. Just the 19 and the stock mags it came with. You keep the light/laser and stendo mag. It's easier to shoot than a 43 but alot easier to conceal than a 19, in my opinion.
