I had a great time there digging thru boxes and piles on Sunday afternoon. I bought a couple of NOS combat knife sheaths for a kid I know who bought a used made in China $5 utility fixed blade, 1980-90's Rambo hollow handle style, without a sheath and beat up, at the last Fort Walton Beach gun and knife show. Only spent $10 total for both sheaths. I made that kid smile Sunday night and that made it all worth it. Saw more than a few tables with milsurp equipment, my favorite. Had half a dozen dealers tell me this weekend was a bust

Thanx for the boots on the ground report . Maybe the economy , maybe tax time ? That’s not good news for future shows . Hopefully things get better .

I think probably people have reached their limit on what they are willing to pay to get in to see over-priced merchandise.
This is the same company that puts on the Pensacola fairground show, correct?
As soon as I heard about them threatening their vendors if they set up at another show, I was done.
Pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered.
