For sale is a Pattern 1858 Navy Rifle produced by Armi Sport. This is a faithful reproduction of the 2-band variant of the Pattern 1858 rifle used by the British Navy. Its shorter than a full rifle, but longer than the musketoon. The buttplate, trigger guard and stock ferell are all in brass as they should be for this model. Ive shot around 100 rounds through it. The rifle is in fantastic shape, beautiful bluing, and always cleaned after shooting and well cared for. Bore is uncorroded. It will come with a period sling, caps, a tampion, 1lb of Goex black powder, and at least one 10rd pack of pre-rolled and lubed cartridges (i may havea couple more packs). This is a perfect setup for someone getting into black powder, or reenacting.
