Finally getting in to crossbows….

So this will be my first year crossbow hunting. Never hunted with anything but a gun. Any tips, tricks, advice ?

Thanks, will be hunting out of a blind 6’ up shooting range will be about 40 yards.

Watch your fingers… even experienced guys forget, buddy almost lost some fingers on his support hand.

I thought about getting into it this year but time slipped up on me.

Inconsistent reviews on budget crossbows has also slowed me down.
