About time but you will have to jump through alot of hoops to ever get a ccw. It's a start in the right direction for sure.

It'll take another 30 years before the local government gets around to passing CCW laws, and then, as you mentioned, it will probably be another 2-5 years worth of a waiting list to get one. At least judicial activism, from ruling, is starting to favor the neat little document called the Constitution.
