Duck Hunting: Escambia County, Santa Rosa

Well it's been years since I was into duck hunting. Does anybody know of any good areas and methods around Escambia River black water and Perdido River?
Id like to get into it this year with my Dad.

A good amount of people hunt on Pensacola Beach

Sea Ducks (All Varieties) taste fishy. I can't recall ever seeing Mallards, Woodies, or Teals & etc. on a "Mainly Saltwater" area.

Eglin Reservation has some of the best Duck Habitat I've ever hunted. My Dad was filling limits all over it in the late 60's.
