Searching for a Henry Model X in 45-70. I actually had this rifle but sold it. Big mistake, Yuge! I have tried calling everywhere trying to find one. Bass Pro Shops, all the local gun shops, nothing! If anyone has one or sees one while shopping around please contact me.

Also, I am in the middle of a purchase of a Henry 45-70 with the brass receiver. I am willing to trade that for a model X so if anyone is interested in that we can make a deal!

EDIT to add: looks like you may have to purchase in-person from the store. (?) If so, I’m not sure this one is a viable option, since the nearest Dunhams is a 5-hour drive to Jasper, Alabama. Just north of Birmingham. Would definitely call and check about the details.
