The Russians wouldn't even cooperate and give Snowden back. Do you really think they are going to send 15,000 troops over here ? And do you think that Russia would be the first country that we would ask for assistance ? I think there are any number of countries that we would ask before Russia but those "friendlies" wouldn't stir everybody into a panic like the "Russkies are coming" being shouted from the rooftops would.
