    Does anyone have access to getting one, I picked up a new to me vehicle FSBO and want to run the vin without paying the 40 dollar fee. Cause I am a cheap ass. And it my be backwards, but I already bought the vehicle.

    A while back I googled a VIN search because I was trying to find my old ‘67 Mustang.
    As I remember, there were a couple of free sites came up but it didn’t work for me because the car has to have the newer 17 (or is it 13?) character VIN.
