Unless you have a big house with a long hallway inside the house is just too short a distance. Set something up outside at about 30 yards and that will get you on paper most likely.

I have a set place in my backyard that I use 25 yards is the target distance. With the green laser all that is needed is something behind the target so you can home the laser in. On The target . The target that comes with it is reflective, it enhances the laser so there is minimum room for error.

This is what I have. The magnet is very strong,all you have to do is center it to the muzzle. Only one time did I have to take a compensator off cause it was aluminum no problem the barrel was steel.
