BBQ pig/hog

I normally get my whole pigs at the Asia market on Cervantes however they only have 60 lb'ers. I'm in need of a 30-40lb. pig for this weekends event. Anyone have a hookup? Need it whole but smoker ready.

I had a heckuva time with the last 60 lb pig just stuffing it into my smoker. It just barely fit and flipping Porky was pain in my hams!

Have you tried Saigon Market on Pace Blvd just south of Cervantes? I seem to remember they have whole roasted pig on the weekends so they may have a smaller whole pig. The other place I would check is The Butcher Shoppe on W Fairfield. They have all kinds of specialty meats (and awesome steaks!) so they may have one.
