ATF Pistol Brace Ban National Injunction

I’ve seen several reports and articles today about a judge in Texas that issued an injunction on the ATF’s pistol brace ban, citing 2 separate reasons it isn’t valid, and striking it down in its entirety.

The fedbois can still appeal, but it’s not likely they’ll get anywhere when you look at comparable cases in the 5th circuit.
