Any local techs in here?

I’ve got a Mathews V3 27 that’s been getting a bad left nock tear no matter how ever or which direction I move my rest. I’m thinking I’m gonna need to play with the top hats to shim the cams?

Don’t have a press and don’t have the best tuning knowledge to know how to mess with the top hat system.

Is it maybe an arrow spine issue? If not, I have a bow press and the know how to at least take a look at it. It am thinking it could be a timing issue assuming the arrow spine is g2g
