“This Administration will not wait for the next mass shooting to heed that call. We will take action to end our epidemic of gun violence and make our schools and communities safer. Today, I am calling on Congress to enact commonsense gun law reforms, including requiring background checks on all gun sales, banning assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, and eliminating immunity for gun manufacturers who knowingly put weapons of war on our streets. We owe it to all those we’ve lost and to all those left behind to grieve to make a change. The time to act is now.”

For years prosecutors in some of our nations largest cities have dismissed tens of thousands of felony gun crimes committed by criminals. These cities shootings/murder rates reflects the lack of enforcement of existing laws. Now all of a sudden Joe Biden is going to make us all safe by taking away guns from law abiding citizens. Maybe he will even sign a executive order to make murder even more illegal; like twice or maybe three times as illegal. What an ignoramus and a bunch of buffoons we have in office.

I predict that for a little while the Biden regime will beat the drums for gun control, but will likely be tending towards other tasks first like the budget and covid. If he was smart he would wait at least till after the mid term elections. But being smart relative to gun control has not been a democratic trait.
