6.5 grendel..please enlighten me..

Ballisticly speaking,how does this match up in the arena 0f simmilar cartiges,am I correct by stating that it can get out a little further and flatter than the 6.8,just not retaining the same energy? How about in comparison to 5.56? I obviously need to quit being lazy and start reading up..Any of you guys hunt with them?If so how is it working out for you?

Not to make your decision harder but I have been looking at the 6.5 Creedmoore . DPMS & novesky make uppers. Would not be a cheap plinker being ammo is limited. It does have around 500lb more Knock down power & more accurate.

6.5 is still supersonic AFTER the .308 or 223. have dropped off,,,, I was really bummed when I missed a trade on a complete one at the gunshow by less than 5 minutes
