So i bought a 16” ar chambered in 762x39; But just wondering if anyone ever used a full size ar with a micro buffer? And how did it run?

I'd do alot of reading on that. If 308 it's got some real kick going on. Don't want it to bottom out on the bolt, might bust something.

762x39 or 308? What do you mean by "micro"? PDW? There are a lot of different models to pick from.
