    Hmmm… something doesn’t look or feel right about this. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is to good to be true!
    +1. I suspect the $ will still route to them through another, less visible, program(s), and/or some of their "duties/responsibilities" will be shifted, with funding to other agencies.

    Of one thing I am certain, government never voluntarily/willingly goes backward. They just keep the shells in motion and sheep can't track 'em.

    In reading about it, they didn’t request any construction funds for 2024, so $75M of that doesn’t really count as a “cut.” I’m about to have to start getting the kiddo ready for school so I don’t have time to dig further as where the rest of the money is being taken from.
