That's a weird way to do a raffle
Could be because they increased the price in tickets from 100/3 to $200/5. Also, there's that pesky "3.4%" inflation we keep hearing about.
I never said it was sketchy. but how they do thet do so many? Do you just buy a ticket and hope to be drawn 20 times. Usually you put a ticket in per firearmHow so? It's a limited number of tickets so you have a higher (or at least, defined) chance of winning vs. unlimited sales. Also it's completely legit, I won an item a couple years ago.
Cheers.
I'm not a math major but I figured once that you have something like 0.3% chance to win something per ticket. That's probably not *exactly* right though. The way it works is each ticket is in the pool until it's drawn as a winner. So if your ticket isn't pulled on May 1, it is still in the running for May 2, 3, etc. You could potentially win on every ticket you purchase (up to 30) but more likely you won't win anything. I did win once. If you're OK with winning a fairly random firearm, it's a fun raffle. I enjoy doing it and it's about the only form of "gambling" I do.I never said it was sketchy. but how they do thet do so many? Do you just buy a ticket and hope to be drawn 20 times.
