Sales across state lines must go through an FFL. Since it is a handgun, the FFL must be in the state of the person receiving it.

I'm not ATF or a lawyer, but I've done lots of research and many transfers both ways.

I'm gonna buy in Bama if it's all that....I still will buy a vanilla gen 3 17 from here though.
