    i use caps with work emails, so i , and others can see better, plus it is faster typing. in forums, i use all small letters

    I’ve complained about this in a forum dedicated to veterans because some of the guys in there typed like their caps lock key is broken.

    Apparently, some of the older guys there need to do it so they can see what they are typing. Something about their vision etc etc

    Ever since then, whenever I see someone type in full caps, I just assume it’s an old dude that can’t see.

    And, as I tell people, I don't SPEAK in a monotone, so why should I WRITE in one? : )
