Benchmade HK OTF. Great knife and fun to play with. Used to be a KaBar warthog that was like $12 bucks, razor sharp, and pretty tough. Lost that one somewhere though and now can't find them for sale.

Sog Trident Tanto a little pricer than ben_p's but worth every penny. Plus it has a little cut out so you can cut your fishing line without flipping the blade out.

I've used spydercp dragonfly ss. This knife has been great for me through the years. I love spyderco even though they are overpriced, but what isn't overpriced these days.

I have a few benchmade's, Spyderco, Case and much more. etc...

But I find myself carrying the Leatherman 830846 Skeletool Multitool most of the time. I like having the screw driver bits and the pliers on me at all times.

Handiest knife I've ever owned !
I wear Aftco shorts that have a key loop over the right front pocket that is perfect for the detachable clip
the knife hangs perfectly in my pocket & I can remove the knife from the clip & open the blade one handed,,, even wearing a pair of the thick orange fishing gloves,,,
VERY NICE if you get wrapped up in a leader !

I used to love knives too, had a very nice collection before the horrible canoeing accident.

I no longer carry a knife because I've finally realized knives kill, and I don't want to own anything that can kill. Nobody needs to carry a knife. If you need something cut just dial 911. The world would be a so much safer place if all knives were destroyed, except those used by the government, for only the government has the skill and wisdom to safely retain and use such a dangerous weapon.

But before I opened my eyes to the horrors these instruments of death and destruction cause, I would have carried a Buck 112.

My norm is my Glock33,a BUG,and either one of the top two. Top is a Spyderco Police, next is a Benchmade OTF.

If I go into an area that I cannot carry a firearm(airport terminal, etc)I carry either one of the bottom two. Both are Gerbers. If not these two,it is my ASP expandable baton.

My blades ARE NOT used to strip wire, core an apple,or clean under my fingernails. They are treated as a firearm. They will only be used for the "intended" purpose and will not be displayed if not used. My life or the life of my loved ones could depend on these blades. --- SAWMAN

Just a free Sogzilla large. A buddy gave it to me and went back to his BM Griptillian. Not a bad deal for me, the best deer skinning knife I've ever had. :D
