    I took this screenshot of a trailer for the new AMC mini-series "The Son" that starts on April 9th. Anyone know if this is a real gun or something Hollywood made up? It appears to have a magazine sticking out the bottom. I think at this point in the mini series it is circa the early 1900's.

    ok, thanks I never heard of it. Amazing they had this BEFORE WWI and we still used bolt actions through the war and all the way up to the start of WWII. The wheels of the govt. definitely move slow.

    Tradewinds pawn and gun had one last time I was there , 32 winchest round looked close to a 30,30 size round . Eject / load cycle by pushing the pin at end of forearm , neat gun .

    Probably had more too do with the lack of reliable semi autos chambered in 3006(or any other high powered round).
