I've had to back out of 1 deal, not long after the forum's conception. I PMed the member "I'll take it," then I found out a few minutes later that I wasn't going to be able to buy the item. Once I realized that, I immediately PMed the member again and told them. Fortunately, that member was very understanding. Communication is key, IMO.

That's understandable TennJeep. But to string someone along for 5 days...if something came up or you even changed your mind. So be it. No loss really since it was going to be mailed. I didn't waste gas. But just be up front.

I ordered a RMR adapter plate for my range officer compact. Going to see how it feels to carry a CCO 1911 with an RMR before investing in either a nicer 1911 or getting the roc milled out.

I'd lean toward investing, but that's just me. ;)

I got is used for $48 bucks shipped so it's not the end of the world to try. The new ones were ~$100 and at that price I'd invest and worst case is just run the plate on top. The ROC is getting up their with the wilson where you'll have to pry it from my hands so dumping money in them isn't the worst thing.

Completed the stippling job on this and placed an order for another one for my father and an AK for myself...

Next stop, a Wilson 92G. Just don't tell my Nighthawks, they might get jealous. Lol

Looks like you rubbed the finish off in a few places. Have you been loving that WC too hard? You better put that bad boy in the safe before you rub all the finish off. LOL
    Just kidding...awesome looking machine!

Consider it an open invitation for you guys. Sunday mornings are normally my ballistics 101 times, but whenever you guys can make it, just give me a heads up a day or so in advance.

Dante, I did not realize that you brought out that many nice pistols this morning. Looks like you and Eric were going to have a good time. I would have liked to have stayed a little longer and joined you guys, but I had to get back to the house so we could eat lunch, go grocery shopping, and take our 2 1/2 mile afternoon walk. As a matter of fact, we just got back from the walk and now I am getting ready to clean the Mk12 Mod 0 and the RECCE. My buddy who has the newly assembled AR is extremely happy with it. We sourced most everything from PSA except for the lower assembly. He ordered it elsewhere. With the 16" SS fluted 1:8 match barrel, it is very accurate. The whole build was done for less than $1K. He was fortunate to be able to get some good deals on the PSA upper assembly, the lower assembly, the MAGPUL MBUS sights, and the VORTEX Strikefire optic. Enough from me. I am off to the garage for cleaning time. BTW, that WC AR is really nice. Sure beats the stuff they were turning out 10-12 years ago.

This is the only thing similar to a gun I've been around all day...

Warning to you guys with wives/girlfriends... when they start talking about stuff they saw on "pinterest", run... run far away.
