You don't need a nine, don't give into the boys' peer pressure. Stick to the caliber that fighting men have carried for over 100 years.

On the FN:
How does it feel? I'm a little afraid that like the Tavor and ps90, it'll just feel like a piece of Tupperware. That stock looks like a toy. I may not be ready for all that plastic. I've just recently warmed up to Glocks. I think I just need to fondle one before selling off a small portion of my collection.

Haha I agree. I've been stewing over a g17 or g19 for awhile though, not paying $1300 for the Zev one though it is nice.

Viking's EXO is very nice. I've thought about getting it back. It's a breath of fresh air in a sea of black Glocks. The Zev is very cool, but it's strictly a race gun IMO.

Picked up my Scar 17 this past weekend from my FFL. Broke it down and cleaned the factory goo out of it last night. Pretty solid little gun there. Still looking for the right scope for it. Hope to have it out on the range soon

I ordered my SCAR 17 Saturday morning. I'm hoping it's here by Sunday for the IDPA carbine side-match. I plan on running an Aimpoint Comp M4 on it. Can't wait.

Best price I found in town was Jay's at 2700+tax. IIRC. They got one in stock just after I ordered mine.
