Why didn't the Mexican archer fire his bow?

    He didn't habanero.

My friend told me he had the body of a Greek god.

I had to explain to him that Buddha is not Greek.

What’s the difference between a hippo and a Zippo?

Could've bought another truck for that.

The private party value of my truck (according to KBB) is in the low to mid- 20's. If there had been frame damage (beyond the bent receiver), bed floor damage, or axle/suspension damage, they may have totaled it. I'm currently looking into Diminished Value claims to see if my situation qualifies. I know for a fact that the truck will never sell for the same as it would without this damage on the carfax.

They started all that carfax stuff , It's only fair that they have to pay you for the deference in value.

I’ve been involved in a few diminished value claims (never on my vehicles, just customers). In all of my experiences 2 things have always happened: the insurance company puts up a fight, and then the insurance company pays.

I read somewhere that it would be best to hire and adjuster that can write up a formal "Diminished Value Report," which will make the process go smoother without as much push back. A big thing is that it's hard to put an actual dollar amount on the "diminished value" until you try to sell the vehicle. Somewhere else said that I should contact my insurance company and have them push the at-fault driver's insurance.

Do you know if your customers able to deal effectively with the insurance company directly, or did they get outside help?

The customers have done it themselves, but it was always a fight, and not sure if they ever got the amount they wanted/was fair.

No mystery pie. They even let me sample a taste of what they had, got it from Hot Spot Barbeque here in town. A pumpkin pie.

A friend told me about the pies. Not the price. After I tasted it and she told me her 85 year old dad made them. When she rang it up. I just couldn't say No.

The Sport Of Choice – An interesting observation

    The Sport Of Choice

The sport of choice for the urban poor is BASKETBALL.
The sport of choice for maintenance level employees is BOWLING.
The sport of choice for front-line workers is FOOTBALL.
The sport of choice for supervisors is BASEBALL.
The sport of choice for middle management is TENNIS.
The sport of choice for corporate executives and officers is GOLF.

    THE AMAZING CONCLUSION:

The higher you go in the corporate structure, the smaller your balls become.
