Difference Between Liberals & Conservatives
If a conservative doesn’t like guns, he doesn't buy one.
If a liberal doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.
If a conservative is a vegetarian, he doesn't eat meat.
If a liberal is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone.
If a conservative sees a foreign threat, he thinks about how to
defeat his enemy.
A liberal wonders how to surrender gracefully and still look good.
If a conservative is homosexual, he quietly leads his life.
If a liberal is homosexual, he demands legislated respect.
If a person of color is conservative, they see themselves as
independently successful.
Their liberal counterparts see themselves as victims in need of
government protection.
If a conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his
situation.
A liberal wonders who is going to take care of him.
If a conservative doesn’t like a talk show host, he switches channels.
Liberals demand that those they don’t like be shut down.
If a conservative is a non-believer, he doesn’t go to church.
A liberal non-believer wants any mention of God and religion
silenced. (Unless it’s a foreign religion, of course!)
If a conservative decides he needs healthcare, he goes about shopping
for it, or may choose a job that providesit.
A liberal demands that the rest of us pay for his.
If a conservative slips and falls in a store, he gets up, laughs and
is embarrassed.
If a liberal slips and falls, he grabs his neck, moans like he's in
labor and then sues.
If a conservative reads this, he'll show it to his friends and have
a good laugh.
A liberal will delete it because he's "offended".

TGIF, oh wait, it's Thursday but it's still my Friday! Looking forward to a 4 day weekend and chilling on the boat Saturday and Sunday at Crab Island listening to good tunes provide by the live bands that will be on hand! Friday night is Music in the Park at the Landing with a live band too so should be a nice relaxing long weekend, so looking forward to it!

I used to drive to Little Rock, AR, Dallas and other points west a lot. It never failed that after driving all day long someone would pile it in just before the tunnel Eastbound and I would get stuck for an hour. Frustrating because on a 6-10 hour drive that would happen 30 minutes from home. Only good thing was that a lot of those times I was driving the boss' Toterhome so I had a bathroom on board for all the coffee I was jacked up on.

I used to avoid it, but I started taking it in the mornings because I go in so early. This is the first time it's bitten me.
Every Friday and Saturday during the summer it clogs up right there. For some reason all the tourists flip out cuz something is over their head and slam on the brakes right in the middle of the tunnel.

I usually avoid the causeway cuz I am physically incapable of driving the speed limit on it, and SFPD likes to hang out there. I'll be taking it tomorrow though since I'll be on the bike.

Sounds like a good explanation and doesn't surprise me. I'm probably going to MO Ile on Saturday, almost tempted to drive the long way around.
It seemed to never happen when I was westbound where I could have had options. I could see getting off and killing time at Bass Pro or something but eastbound left me with no options, especially in that damned semi truck.
