Spammer PM'ing me in regards to want ads in classifieds

This guy sent me a PM

"Hello you can contact John in Chicago he has the sig p320 you looking for. This is his email address robertdjohn2@gmail.com"

If you google the email, he has posted this on another gun forum years ago and the comment was deleted, he was likely banned.

Unfortunately, WTB ads can be scammer magnets. Most join dates are on or just before the attempted Scam. Many WTB Scammers just use a generic block of text like " I have what your looking for...., I have one like new for sale....". I've seen that reference to a "Third Party Seller" type line used before too. Some are actually improving in spelling and sentence structure too. Lol. Tell thm to send a Pic of the gun laying on th front page of tomorrow's edition of the Chicago Tribune newspaper and see what excuses come back. Deal with questionable contacts via PM and don't give them you regular email address.

He is telling me to email someone in Texas . I guess he is gone by now. I saw TexKev was hot on his trail!
No PM in my inbox but got email saying I have a PM.
