I have for sale a Savage MK II FV in .22lr. This rifle originally came in a black synthetic stock (included) which is functional but lacked the sleek look I like in my rifles. The stock that comes with the gun (pictured) is a Boyds Spike Camp stock with trigger guard and bottom metal. The gun is bolt action, magazine fed, with a blued receiver and a 21” blued bull barrel. It comes with a 5-round and a 10-round magazine, a Barska 6-24X44 scope, and a Champion 6-9 bipod. Also included is the box and papers The accutrigger on this gun is phenomenal. My trigger gauge read 1lb 4oz for a 5 pull average with no adjustment. I don’t know if I just lucked out or if this is normal on these rifles.
The accuracy of this gun is excellent. I’ve only shot it at 25 yards, off the bench, with a bipod. I was getting 1/4” groups consistently (Federal American Eagle 40gr LRN). The largest group was a just under an inch (Remington Golden Bullet 36gr plated hollow point).
