Well..... my original email exchange (and email was his stated preferred method of contact) with the OP (with an "Ill take it, at full price") was on Mon 4/20/2015 at 5:53 AM and there was already one ahead of me, so assuming he gives precedence by order of contact.... you may not even be third or fourth in line.
