Running Coax Cable

I am burying 100' of 220v AC in conduit 18" deep for my outbuilding and also want to run coax for TV in/close to the same trench. Would coax TV signals be adversely affected and if so how far from the 220v for a clear signal?

Keep the coax atleast a foot away.

If you can source it, direct burial RG11 is the way to go. If you can't source any direct burial send me a PM.
