I mentioned yesterday in another thread that 308 and 6.5C SRP brass can be used with quality primers. Midway has the referenced primers available at the moment.

These primers are suitable for working up loads for those calibers using Starline brass.

The Rem 7 1/2 , CCI 450 & the # 41 SRP all will work for the 308 " Palma " SRP brass regardless of manufacturer . Some have used the Fed 205's , which IMHO I'd stick with their AR version . I've used the first 3 mentioned without issue in Lapua , Peterson , Alpha & Starline 308 Palma cases & in Lapua & LC 5.56 / 223 cases . If you're shooting upper end FTR type loads I'd skip the Fed's .

I'll did the data out when I get home, TAC and AA2520 are also great powders. I switched to TAC and AA2520 because Re15 is all but impossible to get now.
    RL 15 is around but $ 315 for a 5lber or more . TAC & 2520 are still cheaper TAC by a good margin . IMR 4064 is now 400+ for an 8lb , Varget / H4895 about 380 , VVN-140 / N-150 about the same . Heck even that SW Precision / Lovex D062 is that high . TAC & BL-C(2) are about the cheapest option for 308 / 223 target / field loads .
