Item Description
This is a factory built PSA upper (not ptac) with a stainless 16" midlegnth barrel. It has their 13" hybrid rail on it. The bcg is a fail zero and the charging handle is a BCM. This is a quality upper and a tack driver, I bought all the parts new and have put about 200 rounds through the upper. The charging handle came off another rifle and has some finish wear and the bcg has a bit of discoloration which is normal for a Nib bcg. Like I said it's a great shooting upper and is in excellent condition. No trades at this time only cash. The sights are NOT included with the upper.

I think you're getting a heck of a deal here. If I hadn't ordered the same upper from PSA a few hours before this ad was posted, I'd have jumped on this!!! Congrats.
