Picked this up a while back and never got around to fixing it. No clue how the damage happened, but the attaching point of the bail spring is broken on one side. One of the two screws that hold the plate down retaining the main shaft is broken off and the plate is a little bent. Please forgive my ignorance in regards to reel parts terminology. Pics below.
