So....Bloomberg and Cuomo want to strip people of their rights to protect themselves, yet they are now looking at issuing tickets to drivers caught with "small amounts" of pot. They don't go to jail, they don't get arraigned. They get ticketed, and sent on their way. WTF is going on in this country????
