earlier this year I bought a knee mill .. it is currently sitting in my garage on a pallet and 2x12 s and is approx. 8 in off the floor..i want it off of the pallet... in the pics i have the knee all the way down , the head rotated down as far as it will go and the table all the way in an attempt to get the center of grav as low as possible.. the weight is approx. 3000 lbs or so..

I was going to try and put stacks of 1/2 in spacer blocks under each corner as i cut the pallet away but the 2x12s make this even sketchier ...

Another option would be a 2 ton cherry picker .. the lowest pick height would be about 6 feet.. and im not sure a picker could do it..

I was also thinking about building a frame out of 2x2s , 4x4 s with a jack under each leg (4 jacks) .. but i would need to get 4 jacks and even the 20 ton ones may not have an 8 in stroke.. though i could do it in steps..

open to ideas / help etc..

    thanks
    rich
