Heck of a deal, wish I had waited a few more weeks before getting mine. This stock locks up tight and you can enable preset positions for the stock lengths.

Doesn't this stock require it's own buffer tube that is round?

Yes, UBR's require a proprietary receiver extension (buffer tube). I'm assuming the seller means exactly what he said, that it will come with the tube, but not the buffer or spring that goes inside the tube.
