Rubbed a pork loin, added some spices, sliced an onion for it to set on, wrapped it in peppercorn bacon and poured in some Wild Turkey honey whiskey. Jack wanted another Dutch baby so I used bread flour and it puffed way up.

Wife requested my pork chops with sweet and sour peppers/onions. This is what was left. Unable to snap a good pic as I had the onions/peppers on one burner, the pork chops/bacon on another, a hamburger for my son on a third burner, while trying to keep my eyes on the French fries in the oven lol.
