If so I loved the one they had in Mobile. Closed for some God damn reason though.

My wife is recovering from surgery and asked Gun Lovin' Belle to come to our house and help. Knowing Belle, she'll need to be fed, so I thawed out the last of my 272 lb boar and made pulled pork. Unfortunately for me, it takes a while to smoke one of those big shoulders, let the meat rest, and then pull it apart. At 3am this morning I finished and above is shown the result. Those are large bowls BTW.

You got that right Bruce. Those plates would be a good first course for Belle. She and my daughter must have the same metabolism. Both never gain an ounce but you could't feed them fast enough with a snow shovel.

Funny how 3 minutes can make a great steak into just a good one.. Went from rare to medium/medium rare in the time it took to get a beer from the fridge and chat with the wifey about the bread...

shrimp, both tiny cocktail and larger, clams, chopped and minced, with a package of cream cheese and half container sour cream, with chunks of velveta cheese, and garlic, various other Italian herbs, basil, chopped onion, mixed together in large pasta shells, baked 40 min at 350

grill shrimp etc with 3 tblspn butter and olive oil first, then mix cream cheese and other ingredients before baking

Crab stuffed bacon, japalano wrapped shrimp like mama uses to make.. The image is too big using my phone. But let's keep this thread in one place instead of making a new one , moderators are getting tired of merging your crap to a thread that has been started already...
