the host really should just set it up at his most convenient time and others work around his schedule. Not to be rude. But no matter what day and/or time is set, someone will not be able to make it, everytime. You win some you lose some.

Once I see the date and time I'll figure out if I can make it or not. Would love to, havent done anything like this in quite a while. I'll check in later
