Helping mom clean up some stuff and found these;
50rd, box - 7mm Mauser (7x57) - Kynoch 140g FMJ pointed on 5-round stripper clips, 1937 headstamp, box has seen better days, good for 85 years. Guessing this is corrosive-primed by the age but at least smokeless powder. Weirdly this was using in Africa back in the day for all game.
20Rds - 7mm Mauser Peters 175G. soft point, round nose in original box, box has some ink marking on the front, guessing 1937- 1950 (skipping the war years) production, by the box style. Smokeless and non-corrosive primers.
More collector/display than shooters, that's why it was still around. all should go bang. Don't have a 7mm, have shot older M2 surplus in the past.
Asking $75 obo, in the Elberta area.
