I was in Academy in Pensacola around noon today and they had a good supply of .223, .45, .40 and 9mm that I could see. There was also some variety in brands to choose from. It was all at Customer Service.

Are the daphne /fairhope walmarts not getting deliveries? Trying to get a simple box of jhp 9mm and seems like they arent gettinf anything in. Going to try fairhope in the morning

I don't know why Baldwin Co. Walmarts are different but they are. Bay Minette never gets ammo out to the counter if they get it at all.

Gulf Breeze Walmart had a bunch of Tula in various calibers at 0800hrs: 7.62, .45, .380. Also had very few of assorted: Federal .380, and Remington .380. Had 1 box of WWB .40

Haven't seen any JHP ammo at the Fairhope WM in a very long time but they do get in FMJ stuff. Picked up 3 box's of .380 FMJ this week and 3 boxes of 45 ACP FMJ last week. Being there at the right time is paramount.

If you don't mind ordering it ammunitiondepot.com is a gig out of south florida that has gold dot and hst 9 in stock. I just ordered 100 rounds of 147grain HST at $35 per 50 and their shipping was reasonable too.

A buddy of mine sees fmj in the fairhope walmart often, usually on saturday afternoon/evening. Schillinger road walmart in Mobile has had some 9mm in frequently as well.

I usually check the fairhope before daphne. When I was shooting .40 I was able to easily get it there. I only got lucky once at Daphne they had 3 boxes of .40 and that was it on a thursday night at like 930pm. I'm hoping they have some at the fairhope at 0800 this morning.

Also had 4-5 kinds of .45 ACP coudnt see the prices they were on the, 380 area, saw 5-6 of the cci blazer plastic ammo cans with .45 couldn't see a quantity or price on it.

Bass Pro in Destin had the normal odd rounds, some high end .223, some .22 short and 6 boxes of .40S&W behind the counter as of 7.21.13 @ 1600

As of this morning, Fairhope WM has a decent amount of ammo, or, at least more than I've seen in a long time. 9mm about 2 dozen boxes, 40 S&W and .380 about a dozen boxes each and about 8 boxes of 45 ACP. These are all 50 round boxes, FMJ ammo.

Gulf Breeze Walmart had a decent supply as of 1130 this AM. Nearly all WWB in .40, .380 and .45. Also had Tula brass in .40.

Can it be that the ammo situation is beginning to break?
