I have not shot this gun much at all I got it for my son to use until he grew into his 30-06 but it is really just to large of a gun for him with the heavy 28" barrel but either way the trigger is not bad but I do not believe it is adjustable but I have the box an paperwork though!

Can you tell me a little more about the muzzle loader barrel? I don't believe I've ever seen a 20" Pro Hunter ML barrel?

It was purchased from mikes gun shop its 20" an its a standard .50cal inline barrel takes 209primers has removable breach plug.

Yea thompson barrel only shot it a few times really just to sight in u can tell the quality of it by how well it cleans up an yes comes with forearm!
