Test fired only. It's a flame-thrower but surprisingly comfortable to shoot one handed with the brace. SOLD

Frank T. I have no idea how it fires from the shoulder. That would be illegal according to the way I read things. It would appear to be too short for comfort to me... I think it has a 7 or 8 inch bbl.

Potato, Potauto. I suppose a body could shoot it that way, but he certainly shouldn't admit it in an open forum. Hint hint.

You sure it's illegal to shoulder fire it?
The latest Guns & Ammo AK-47 Edition has an article with a letter from the ATF stating something different.

Hey medic. Yeah, it's the opinion of the BATF that firing from the shoulder with a brace is illegal. Again, it's just an opinion, but enough to get you into water. That letter is old, there's one from Jan which directly contradicts all the other letters. It's kinda all over youtube and other forums. If you ever want to shoot one, I have one you can borrow.

The latest issue of Guns and Ammo quotes a BATFE letter that is nearly a year old and has recently been made null and void by their most recent open letter:
    https://www.atf.gov/sites/default/f...ter_on_the_redesign_of_stabilizing_braces.pdf
Using the arm brace as a stock would make it an NFA firearm, and owning an NFA firearm without the proper registration and tax stamps will land you a hefty fine and around 10 years of mandatory vacation.

Don't ever forget that the ATF changes its mind all the damned time. What they say most recently is what matters.

Thanks but I'm glad you guys help clear that up. It would appear that like women, the ATF is is also allowed to change their mind on any given subject at any given time. But it's still available.
