    Another Mfr "Firearm" tagged by BATFE as a SBS and Destructive Device. I don't know the administrative history other then what's in the Article. My impression is that Fostech observed what other were doing and then marketed the Origin SBV "without" a example being review and classified with a determination by BATFE. Bottom line is FFLs without proper License and origional and or later owns now poses an unregistered NFA Item. Recall does offer three possible replacement options from Mfr. If you sold it: Mfr wants you to provide buyers personal info. Hmmm.

    This is why I quietly eye roll when I read about some modifications to "Shotty firearms".
