While I do not like the idea of tracking purchases indiscriminately it can be and is a useful tool for criminal prosecution eg stolen credit cards ,cars ,unusual purchases at and during riots etc . Most of us here have a phone ,credit card ,bank account ....so we are tracked by them ...hell my bed tracks my sleeping and e mails me a report everyday
