Biden: Let’s tax the rich and make them pay higher fees by increasing mortgage rates for people with high credit scores and redistributing it to lower credit score people.

Rich people who have low credit scores because they pay cash and other means of wealth to buy things instead of credit: Sweet! Another tax break!

Middle class and low income families that work hard and make smart choices because you have to have a high credit score to hopefully be able to even be considered for a mortgage that you can barely afford these days: Wait, what?!

TLDR: Biden passes order to increase rates for higher credit score/ low risk borrowers and redistribute the funds to low credit score/ high risk borrowers.
