Seller agreed to a sale of Browning HiPower, set a time and place to meet - (1 hour driving time for me) and while on my way to the meet he texts me to tell me he is going to sell it to his "father-in-law" instead. Total waste of my time and gas money.

Same gun, $600 had a guy comment on it around 9am on the 3rd. He replied around 10am. He didn't say if it was sold or anything.

All this may not be as it seems to me. If this seller is a good guy and there was simply a "mix up" somewhere along the line,he will be back and explain his side of the story. If not - - -> guilty as charged/expected.
